“ This is the absolute worst electric company I have ever had in my entire life. I have never had the highest bills that I have had with them. They send you an email to renew your service and it's just one little click of a button and you're screwed. You can't take it back they don't care. I tried they have horrible customer service. They know that they're wrong my contract isn't even up yet and I'm signed on for another 2 years and they're charging me almost $400 to get out of their service at almost 10 cents a kilowatt hour. The only way to get out of the 2 year contract that I did not sign is to re sign for another 2 years how stupid. ”

“ Beware! After having service at my home for almost 20 yrs, I decided to see if there was a better option out there. Talk about swimming with sharks! My first leap and I end up with 4Change who wanted to charge me $300 deposit. REALLY! I haven't paid a deposit since I was in college and am not going to pay for months of service in advance for the gift of having this service provider. No thank you! Went with another provider who was slightly more on the plan cost but WAY nicer and easier to deal with..... Customer service at 4Change doesn't even know their own TOSA (Terms of Service Agreement) and mis-spoke to me several times in violation of their own policies. Beware and be warned. ”

“ I had a pleasant experience in the beginning. I received an email leading up to my renewal offering me the same great plan so of course i clicked the acceptance offer link. And several days later i received the same great offer, so i called customer service to find out why i received a duplicate email offer. I was informed that my renewal was in a que but not ready to view. Amonth later I went to pay my bill and discovered that i was no longer under contract. So i immediately phoned 4change. I spoke to several customer service reps telling me i should email my offer and my acceptance email. The only problem was i never truly received an email accepting my renewal. I did receive an email asking me to post a review because i accepted the renewal. So i sent them the original offer and the email where they were requesting a review of my renewal experience. Today i received an email stating that i need to send the offer, the acceptance of the renewal and allow 72 hours to receive my welcome kit. Which again i never received the actual renewal confirmation. I last spoke to Anthony in customer service who seemed really sincere and wanted to help but was unable give me the original offer but offered a higher per KWH rate. I told him no, that i wanted the original offer rates. He came back with a $30 credit, i again did not accept. He promised me he would get to the bottom of this matter and said he would calll within 2 hours. Its now been 3+ hours . I have now decided to put 4Change energyy to rest, this company is on the DO NOT USE list along with 1 orher company in 18 years. ”

“ I was previsouly with TXU for several years. I paid my bills on time and never gave much grief for the random outages. Then as time went on I noticed my bills were constantly fluctuating up and down $50-$100/ month but still just assumed that it was the home using the power. I the recieved a bill that was $400 more than normal, I am a reasonable person and now i was livid. When I called TXU I was told that there was a power pole down the road from my house that was responsible for delivering power to my home and it was damaged and needed repair. They then stated that it was divided amongst all the users in that area and the cost was passed to us, THE COMSUMER. I couldn't believe it. I immediately started looking for other companies in the area. I came across 4Change, the process to get started was beyond easy. Within a couple of minutes I was setup and good to go. I have been with them over 2 years and haven't looked back, my Bill's are consistent and have had no issues with the service. I have recommended to all of my friends and family. They are fantastic. ”
