Truly beyond my comprehension on how stupid companies in America have become over short staffing their phones. ”

“  My last summer bill was on around $280 and this year our bill went up to $540 and we have kept our air condition at the same temperature as last year. I have called their customer service and they said it takes two weeks to come back to us. Also, a matter of fact all my kids already went to college. We have less people at home using washer and dryer and air conditioner. We have been with them for many years for somehow their service and billings are getting worse. I am not sure I will renew the contract with them that is due soon ”
