Excessive charges & cannot accommodate customers
| I cannot begin to explain the excessive charges we receive in bills monthly. Its almost criminal. We conserve soo much, we live with lights off constantly, conserve heat & a/c to the point of always being uncomfortable. We are still bill $500-$800 at any one time. Its outrageous to be charged this for using the bare minimum, as were always cold or hot and function with no lights on at least 18-20hrs a day to preserve. But we pay as if we are living comfortable and we are not. Its unacceptable. On top of this, there are power outages all the time. They cannot accommodate their bill cycles to allow for you to be able to pay these extremely questionable rates at a more convenient time for the customer. I am beginning to despise New York and its crippling prices to live. There is no quality of life here. | |||
