TOTAL RIP OFF WATCH OUT!!!
| Gateway lures you in with promises of saving you money thru their purchasing electricity at lower costs than National Grid. In Dec 2023 just last month they raised my supply charge 38% and told me ' there is nothing you can do, our market team determines the rate of charge'. Wow!! My billing cycle is 22nd to the 22nd. On December 29th I removed my Christmas lights and went thru whole house and made every effort to turn off event the 13w LED bulbs and my charge is $156 from Gateway. They raised the rate even more as my usage went down. I fired them and going back to National Grid. I suggest you pay attention to your bill and just don't accept - Oh, it's Christmas and we used more electricity and pay the bill!!! Do your homework and you'll see 38% and more increase per kilowatt!!! Fight back and fire them. | |||
