“ They told me to cancel plan with Reliant energy so that they can provide me with better plan. On the evening they promised to start service, they say that there has been a problem. These guys dont even bother to send an email or call me directly to inform me about the problem. Worst service and I feel cheated in terms of trusting constellation energy. ”

“ I am very dissatisfied with my Constellation experience. Constellation switched my energy provider without my consent or prior knowledge after I filled out some paperwork that one of your representatives told me would just send a price quote to me. I am very involved in tracking my bills, budgeting, emails, etc., and so I caught it quickly. But the idea that this may be happening to other people who arent as focused on keeping track of these things is deplorable. I appreciate that the switching back process was simple, but I was astonished at how regular my situation seemed to those I contacted. No one I spoke to seemed to think that this was a big issue like I did. Will not be recommending Constellation to anyone. ”

I thought this was going to different from the other providers but it seems to be the same in way of service and pricing.
Doesn't seem to matter what rate I choose, it all seems to cost the same amount.
There's not enough alerts to keep me inform on how much electricity I am consuming.
So I have to trust that they are charging me accordingly... ”
“ Tried to accomplish via their web site..thought all was well until I got a letter from Gas Provider stating my service would be cut due to not selecting a provider. Called Constellation they said nothing would happen for 2 more weeks, then switched me the next day. That led to me having 2 accounts, 2 account numbers and 2 prices,,,took hours to get through via phone and straighten it all out. Still not sure all is well, awaiting 2nd billing after receiving a .24 cent credit bill... ??? ”

I was unable to use my heating nor hot water due to my water heater was needing to be replaced but my bill never reflected a lower amount which it should if I wasn't utilizing the service at the time and this continued for months. ”
