Its been a long time coming with electricity plans and out rages prices Constellation is the best over all in every way they let you know your usage weekly there rates are unbelievable just an outstanding company

I switched over to this company and my gas is switched off from the previous company and stayed off. I went several nights without gas and this company is not open over the weekend. They even slapped me with a bill when they couldnt even connect my service. I ended up switching to a new company and Constellation is still sending me bills after they assured me I would not be charged for their inability to switch in my gas. Im thankful I recorded the phone calls with this company. Their customer service is the worse. Total dysfunction!

They also give suggestions on how to cut power costs in your home. I have been more than satisfied with their service. They also began reminding me several months ago that my contract with them is about to expire and offered options to stay with them or find another provider. ”

“ My first bill was for 4 days and $95 where $89 was for penalties for not using a certain amount of electricity. Why bill me for 4 days? They did refund me the $89 but it took 2 billing periods. Seems like they like to make "errors" and see if you catch them. ”

I would just like to express exactly why I am so far absolutely satisfied with the bill as well as the terms of service that Constellation provides for me. Before, my monthly bill came to almost $200.00!! Now it has been $60.00 a month!!

“ Left champion after 3 years when my contract expired and they jumped my price from about 7 or 8 kwh to 15 and my bill went up $200 for that month. They would not adjust at all so I dropped them. Constellation took over in November and the weather cooled off but the bill has sure gone down. ”
